Coach Mike
I have helped hundreds of clients lose 1,000's of pounds of unwanted fat during my 23 year career as a Personal Trainer. Of these many clients I have had numerous weight loss contest winners. 

Most notably while working with ABC Television on The Revolution Weight Loss Show. Mike trained contestant Ebony Marrinie. During the 16 week period in which they participated on the show Ebony lost an incredible 77lbs of fat and over 39 body inches ! This was enough to get Ebony top honers as the contestant with the best results!

I used my unique Progressive Circuit Training System to achieve these great results that can work for you too.

Nutrition pays a huge role in your success. We are committed to providing you with the knowledge, resources, and support to ensure your eating habits compliment our training program.

Modifying your eating habits can be challenging, but it may be required to get results. Not to worry...we are here to guide and encourage you step by step.

Step one is awareness. Every Bootcamper is encouraged to download MyFitnessPal to monitor their intake. This app can be easily downloaded onto your phone or computer.
